INSURANCE & BILLING
I am a preferred provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and OPTUM (Providence Hospital) TriWest, VA Tricare, and in the process of becoming in-network with Aetna and Moda (but am not in-network yet). I accept ALL insurance and offer courtesy billing to your insurance for individual counseling. You will receive an invoice with remaining co-pay and/or deductible cost. Notice for Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate if you do not have insurance or choosing to not use insurance. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate of total costs before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
