How to Schedule an Appointment
TELECOUNSELING: You can schedule an appointment directly online by clicking the “Schedule” button in the upper right-hand corner of this page. If you encounter any issues, don't worry; just text or call me at (907) 250-8789. Please note that the registration is only accessible when I have availability for new clients. I offer telehealth only. If you are interested in telehealth, you don’t need to specify that when scheduling. When scheduling, you will not be able to select Telehealth. INSURANCE & BILLING
I am a preferred provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and OPTUM (Providence Hospital) and most recently, TriWest. I accept ALL insurance and offer courtesy billing to your insurance for individual counseling. You will receive an invoice with remaining co-pay and/or deductible cost. Couples counseling is cash pay only paired with a Superbill you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Notice for Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate if you do not have insurance or choosing to not use insurance. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate of total costs before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
